Sesamo FSE is the app to access the Electronic Health Record of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.

With Sesamo FSE, you can:

1. Consult and download your medical documents
2. Manage the obscuring of your medical documents
3. View accesses to the Electronic Health Record
4. Manage consent to the Electronic Health Record
5. Upload additional documents in the "Personal Notebook" section

The documents stored in the Electronic Health Record include:

1. Anatomical Pathology reports
2. Laboratory reports
3. Reports of visits and specialized services
4. Hospital Discharge Letters
5. Emergency Room Reports
6. Synthetic Health Profile
